Summary

A Thalmor archmage who arrives on Masser aboard a reanimated Sun Bird to seize the Aetherius Pylon and lock Numidium’s advantage into law.

Appearance

Tall, immaculate, and unnervingly calm. His robes look ceremonial until you notice they are ward-stitched for vacuum and breach-light. His eyes never blink at the pylon’s rays.

Personality

  • Polite, exact, and lethal. He speaks like a report that learned how to sound like prayer.

Goals

  • Claim the Aetherius Pylon and prevent mortal activation
  • Stabilize the Dominion’s reality-working and preserve Numidium’s leverage
  • Erase witnesses and turn the moon into a controlled theater

Secrets

  • He did not "find" the Sun Bird. He resurrected a ruin of one with ritual logistics and forbidden binding.
  • His guard is not only protection. They are redundancies for the activation, each carrying a fragment of the pattern.

  • Vaelion is the unavoidable end-boss of the lunar act. Run him as a strategist who attacks concentration, steals the aetherium key, and uses the room’s rays as threats and shields.
