The fort’s jailer—more used to bullying petty thieves than surviving a Thalmor operation. He knows every lock, hatch, and structural vice. In the chaos, he tries to escape with the keys and sell his value to the highest bidder.

Broad shoulders, unkempt beard, a keyring that jingles like a threat, the smell of cold alcohol.

• A marked keyring can tie him to later incidents (evidence, leverage).
